Receptionist
Addison Group is working with our client to hire a friendly and organized Receptionist. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in a professional office setting and thrives in a role that combines customer service, communication, and administrative support.
The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative assistance to keep daily office functions running smoothly. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and has excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Key responsibilities include :
- Greeting and assisting visitors and guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintaining office inventory, including ordering supplies, groceries, and equipment.
- Coordinating and scheduling inspections as needed.
- Making outgoing calls related to accounts or vendor inquiries.
- Assisting Accounts Payable with data entry and processing invoices.
- Keeping the front desk and common areas organized and tidy.
- Providing additional administrative support to office staff and leadership.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a general office setting preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.Additional details :
