Sodexo has an opportunity for an experienced human resources professional to join the team as a Human Resources Manager 2 at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX . The HR Manager will provide generalist support to about 350 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.

This role will ensure adherence to all Sodexo policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include employee relations, conducting investigations and maintaining documentation, performance and evaluations, labor management, leave of absence and workers compensation administration, as well as recruiting and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will be an experienced human resources professional with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience 1 year of HR experience
