The Sales Support Administrator is a highly organized and motivated professional who provides comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on revenue-generating activities. This role is a vital link between the sales team, other departments, and clients, ensuring smooth operations from initial contact to successful order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in creating high-impact presentations, solid data analysis capabilities in Excel, a customer-centric mindset, and proven experience in coordinating meetings and events.
Key responsibilities :
Sales and administrative support :
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing sales materials.
- Serve as the first point of contact for sales inquiries, answering and screening internal and external calls and emails.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate customer data, activity logs, and sales opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of sales contracts, agreements, and proposals.
Advanced presentation and data skills :
Develop, design, and deliver compelling sales and marketing presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills, incorporating graphics, charts, and multimedia to effectively convey complex information.Utilize intermediate Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and manage sales data using formulas, pivot tables, and charts.Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc sales reports for management review.Meeting and event coordination :
Plan, organize, and execute internal and external sales meetings, workshops, and company events, managing logistics such as venue booking, catering, and audio-visual requirements.Coordinate event-related materials, including presentations, promotional items, and registration documents.Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal teams during the event planning process.Requirements :
Qualifications and skills :
Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or call center environment.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including the creation of engaging and professional presentations.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, functions, and data analysis.Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Experience in meeting or event planning is required.PI672ea6403ae1-25405-38852250
