Field Service Engineer

This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Responsibilities :

This is an independent position with minimal direct supervision. The individual will identify problems, develop solutions, and service water and wastewater treatment accounts within their service area.

This includes following tasks :

• Work with current customers to understand their unique business needs and meet those needs to maintain and grow sales of chemicals and equipment within the customer’s facility.
• Provide technical support to customers by identifying and resolving a variety of challenges, as required, promoting long-term business relationships with our client.
• Perform system analysis and data interpretation to provide written recommendations ensuring that customer’s operations are performing at optimal levels. This includes but is not limited to; chemical testing, calibration and repair of chemical feed related equipment, and visual inspections of systems.
• Collaborate with the Engineered Systems Division on sales of major systems, such as wastewater treatment, recycle, and reuse, and cooling towers.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including industrial plant and facility executives.
• Work with account sales / service representatives and account managers to help expand and develop additional customer opportunities.
