We are excited to be opening our new distribution facility in Indiana using state-of-the-art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint. Our 400,000 square foot facility will serve as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally.

Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator - Inventory Technician, where you'll ensure smooth inventory operations by verifying incoming materials, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in Oracle. You'll troubleshoot discrepancies, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You Will Do

• System Updates : Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
• Inventory Processing : Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.
• Discrepancy Resolution : Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
• Stock Management : Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
• Process Improvement : Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
• Logistics Coordination : Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
• Material Handling : Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
• Inventory Monitoring : Track critical raw materials and products, notifying departments of shortages or irregularities.

Compensation : The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
