Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and manage customer relationships post-implementation
Coordinate and execute customer-specific requirements and configurations for optimal CPX performance
Act as the primary liaison for production issues and manage customer support requests
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years' experience in the customer service field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite applications
Experience using Salesforce.com
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain organization
