Front Desk Coordinator

Stretch Zone Clermont is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to help others take the first step toward improving their health.

Responsibilities :

• Call and follow up with all inbound leads to schedule initial consultations
• Greet clients as they arrive and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Engage walk-in prospects and share information about our services
• Handle a high volume of phone calls, text messages, and in-person interactions
• Accurately manage appointment scheduling and client records

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and / or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
