Collision (Body Shop) Manager
Large Automotive Group in the DFW Area is currently seeking an experienced, ambitious, and professional Body Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Collision Center.
The Body Shop Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the employees by guaranteeing quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Role Responsibilities :
Hire, train, motivate and supervise the performance of all body shop employees.Guarantee high-quality restorations to minimize discrepancies. Observe the progress and completion of vehicles for thoroughness and premium quality to meet shop and customer expectations, and industry quality guidelines.Manage Body Shop employees' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records. Track shop costs, manage inventory, control expenses, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.Establish and maintain good working relationships with insurance adjusters and control accounts receivable for body repair work.Regulate customer complaints according to dealership's guidelines. Encourage repeat and referral business.Monitor the maintenance of paint booths, frame straightening equipment, and other large, fixed assets to ensure long-term usage and value.Understand and comply with Federal, State and Local regulations that pertain to Body Shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.Employee Prerequisites :
Onboarding process completed within days of applying!3-5 years' experience managing a team in the auto restoration production industry. Pay based on experience.Advanced understanding and knowledge of the collision repair process / procedure.Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Excellent budgeting, cost control, and inventory management competencies.Necessity to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Job Type : Full-time
