Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Prioritize the execution of preventive maintenance schedules, repair equipment to maintain maximum production rates, and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure efficient plant operations.
• Repair and maintain equipment to achieve maximum production rates.
• Manage and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems and controls.
• Perform industrial maintenance, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Work Environment

Work on the 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 : 30 am with a shift premium of $1.50 for off-shift. The non-climate-controlled environment can be dirty at times and is loud with large machinery typical of a traditional manufacturing setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mendota, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $91520.00 / yr.
