job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and project needs Lead, mentor, and supervise HVAC technicians and support staff Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with goals Facilitate training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services, negotiating with suppliers and vendors as needed Ensure all HVAC installations and services comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes - Colorado Energy Codes SEER and EER Ratings - Systems meet or exceed minimum SEER & EER Ratings Oversee the day-to-day operations of HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines Utilize project management software to track progress, manage timelines, and report on status Address and resolve any project-related issues, such as delays, technical challenges, or client concerns Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in HVAC project management within commercial settings Experience with HVAC New construction & Retrofit Remodeling projects Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HVAC projects from inception to completion In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and maintenance procedures Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building and conflict resolution Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and ownership Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service Valid driver's licenses and insurable driving record Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs. EPA Certification desired

HVAC Project Teams Manager Overview :
Responsible for overseeing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects, primarily within commercial settings such as office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, hospitals, and other large facilities. This role involves coordinating project teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
