$70,000-$110,000+ per year (Hourly + OT + Bonuses)

Full-time | Commercial Refrigeration / HVAC-R / Hot-Side

If you've spent the last 1.5 to 3 years in the commercial refrigeration field and want to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, this is your next move.

At Reed Restaurant Repair, we service all commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, ice machines, and hot-side cooking equipment. That means walk-in coolers / freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, rooftop refrigeration, ovens, fryers, grills, make-up air, and a wide range of real-world problems not just textbook service calls. We're looking for solid techs who can handle themselves in the field, keep systems running, and grow fast with a team that has your back.

You'll be the go-to for refrigeration and commercial kitchen service calls , performing maintenance, diagnostics, and light-to-medium repairs across a wide range of equipment. We're not looking for entry-level. This role is for technicians who know their tools, understand refrigeration systems, and want a place to get even better. What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and service walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, rooftop refrigeration, and hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, etc.)
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and identify repair needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Document your work and parts usage through our mobile app
• Stay organized with your van, parts, and inventory
• Collaborate with senior techs when needed
