Global Trade Compliance Manager

Reports to : VP, Global Tax and Trade Compliance

Location : Hybrid from Crystal Lake, IL or full remote

The Global Trade Compliance Manager role is responsible for ensuring the company's global operations comply with international trade laws and regulations, with a focus on the US customs regulations. This role will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of trade compliance programs, policies, and procedures across primary in the Americas regions where the company operates. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in import / export regulations, free trade agreements, experience in manufacturing environments, and a proactive approach to risk management and process improvement.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
