Mortgage Processor III

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in new loan applications

Work with internal departments and external organizations to obtain necessary documentation for loan processing

Monitor and analyze credit reports and other documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience

Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience

Good PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe

Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements

Ability to function independently within time constraints
