Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Oregon RN License

Certifications Requirements : BLS certification, Oregon RN License, References

Experience Requirements : 1+ years of LTC experience, Prior long-term care facility experience, Recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting

Other Requirements : Ability to work night shifts from 7p to 7a, Strong communication skills, Flexibility to adapting to facility needs

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility during night shifts, ensuring safety and comfort.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately according to facility protocols and physician orders.

Monitor residents' health status, noting any changes, and promptly report findings to the healthcare team.

Document all patient care activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
