Position Overview
We are seeking a CFO to join our high-growth IT company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This leader will be responsible for building and optimizing the company's financial strategy, reporting, and global financial operations. With legal entities in three countries, this role will be instrumental in supporting multi-year aggressive growth while ensuring financial stability and scalability.
A key priority for this role will be to establish automated financial systems and processes that support scalability and efficiency. Additionally, cash flow management is a critical focus area to ensure sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company's aggressive growth goals
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning to support scalability
- Establish key financial metrics and reporting structures for executive decision-making
- Provide financial modeling to support business expansion and investment decisions
- Manage a small global finance team
- Oversee financial operations across all legal entities and countries of operation and presence, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Implement and manage global tax strategy, transfer pricing, and currency risk management
- Lead the financial consolidation of international subsidiaries and optimize cash flow management
- Ensure adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and country-specific accounting standards
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax filings across jurisdictions
- Establish internal controls and compliance policies to mitigate financial risks
- Implement a scalable financial system to replace manual processes and improve efficiency
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel
- Develop and oversee a robust cash flow management strategy to ensure financial stability
- Oversee global banking relationships and optimize network of local and multinational banking partners to drive scalable solutions
- Implement best practices for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and liquidity management
- Optimize working capital to support business growth while maintaining operational efficiency
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial discipline and strategic initiatives
- Ensure cooperation and alignment with Group Finance and other group-level functions on strategic initiatives, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and People and Culture (HR) to align financial planning with business growth
- Support strategic investments and partnership evaluations
- Manage M&A activities and integrations

Minimum Requirements :
15+ years of financial experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, and / or professional servicesExperience as a CFO in a scaling international companyProven track record in multi-entity financial management and global tax complianceStrong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial regulationsHands-on experience with financial planning, analysis, and cash flow optimizationDrive and can-do mentality for implementing scalable financial systems and automation toolsExperience in private equity (PE) backed organizationsStrong leadership, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with globally distributed teamsSelf-sufficient, taking ownership with a hands-on attitudePreferred Qualifications :
Existing relationships with Microsoft Dynamics System Integrators and ISVsExperience representing a company at industry events and conferencesLocation

Compensation
Compensation includes base + performance-based incentive.
