BMW of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our team as a full-time Service Genius . We’re looking for someone who is friendly, personable, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer care. Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm
Hourly Pay Rate Range : $22-$23 / hr.
In this role you will :
- Greet our guests and assist with getting them to corresponding Advisor
- Transport vehicles on the lot to service areas and detail bays
- Assist in loaner vehicle check-ins and outs
- Deliver customer vehicles
- Shuttle clients to various local destinations as needed
- Complete courier duties between dealerships
- Light snow removal in the winter
- Product presentation and explanation
- Work with clients in the service drive, i.e. product questions, demonstration of features, and post-op of delivery.
- Establish ongoing consultative relationship with customer by being available during business hours to answer questions.
- Upgrade knowledge of brand products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development programs on and off site.
- Generate goodwill by greeting and serving the customer promptly and courteously.
- Professionally, courteously and respectfully interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty.
