Who We're Looking For
We're excited to add an IT Support Engineer to our Internal IT Team. In this role you will provide tiers I, II and III support for all levels in the organization. You'll work closely with leadership to improve processes and make recommendations for the team to better maintain, upgrade, automate and manage the internal IT environment.

What You'll Do
Provide tier 1-2 support to end-usersAssist in creation of new user accountsAssist in the set-up of new equipment and devicesContribute to documentation of incidents, internal processes and procedures, maintenance of equipment, and training manualsDiagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessaryProvide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-usersAssist users in obtaining access to systemsConfigure, prepare, and ship laptops and other equipment for new hires and remote usersBe available for on-call support for onsite IT issues as neededMay review and evaluate new computer hardware and software productsAssist in the tracking of hardware and software inventoryAssist and interact with hardware and software vendorsAssist in Corporate IT projectsWhat You'll Need
Understanding of Microsoft Products including Office365 and Active DirectoryFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines, and Resource GroupsExperience supporting or troubleshooting cloud-based environments within Azure, including identity, access, and basic infrastructure componentsTechnical certifications such as A+ or Microsoft CertificationsAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and always maintain professionalism and confidenceWhat Will Set You Apart
