As Scheduling Coordinator , you are responsible for all aspects of building a multi-crew schedule including working with customers through phone calls and emails. You will play an integral part in the overall success of the company by determining the best scheduling and routing for our technicians. You will build and keep current customer profiles in addition to other administrative tasks. This job is not remote and will require 40 hours a week in the office, Monday- Friday.

Responsible for all aspects of building out and confirming jobs for multiple crewsBuilding out technician schedules from the exiting job listBalancing job due dates with crew financial goals and job locationsCalling customers to schedule and confirm jobsDiligently sending schedule confirmation emails to customersUpdating customer contact, access, invoicing, and ownership informationBuilding out technician work orders with an attention to details and clear instructionsAnswering customer calls with clear and concise communicationClearly explaining service and product options to customersResponding to customer inquiry and scheduling emailsBeing the first point of contact for new customers, gathering all needed information and scheduling estimatesRapport building with coworkers and customers is an essential part of this roleMaintaining a clean desk and working environmentRequirements :
