In this position…

• This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the data strategy that underpins Ford Credit's critical business functions, from loan origination and decisioning to customer analytics and risk management.
• You will be responsible for leading a large, geographically dispersed team of over 120+ engineering professionals. Your role will involve not only technical leadership but also significant financial and resource management, with oversight of large strategic projects.
• A key aspect of this position will be your ability to translate complex technological landscapes into clear, actionable strategies for both technical teams and C-level executives.
• This is a highly influential role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive impactful and complex programs.
• This role reports to the SVP of Global Shared Services (AI, Data, Enterprise Architecture).
