User Acquisition Manager

Role

World Golf Tour is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new player growth and engagement through performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and mobile ad networks. You will lead our creative testing pipeline, optimize campaign performance, and bring data-driven strategies to expand WGT Golf’s global audience.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams. You’ll play a key part in shaping how WGT grows its player base and engages millions of golfers around the world.

Responsibilities

• Manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (social, search, DSPs, ad networks) with a focus on scale and ROI.
• Own creative testing from concept through launch, collaborating with Creative teams to deliver high-performing ads at scale.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations to improve KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV).
• Maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners, unlocking new formats, beta opportunities, and optimization support.
• Report and communicate performance results clearly to Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
