Key Responsibilities
Gather necessary information and documentation for credentialing direct care staff with payors
Maintain records and manage provider profiles using internal credentialing software and databases
Communicate approvals and status updates to department leads and maintain information in the client management system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
