We are seeking for a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Application Development - United States'. The client is a company specializing in retail electronics and appliances.

Responsibilities :

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition is required. Advanced proficiency in Cassandra DataStax is recommended. Apache Kafka and Spring Boot with Advanced proficiency are suggested.

Lead the application development team in implementing innovative solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
