If you are a DISTRIBUTION AND LOGISTICS leader looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Sidney, OH or St. Louis, MO locations, you will provide leadership to our North American HVACR distribution network. You will have direct responsibility for multiple distribution centers and logistics and strategic leadership for Copeland's overall distribution footprint. This role ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and maintains high service levels for customers while aligning with corporate objectives. Your duties and responsibilities will be completed under the general guidance of the VP of Integrated Supply Chain.

As the Senior Director, Distribution and Logistics, you will :

• Develop and execute the business unit distribution strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Accountable for logistics, fulfillment, and transportation performance by leading through multiple site leaders, rather than direct daily management
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational productivity
• Manage and develop relationships with third-party suppliers and customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Support the VP in long-term strategic planning and expansion initiatives
