Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Must have :

• At least 10 years of IT experience as a Sr. Systems Analyst in Order-to-Cash platforms and processes .
• 10 + years expertise in Order-to-Cash processes , ideally with project experience in both CRM and ERP platforms .
• 10 + years at BSA or BA Leading discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map business processes in the Order-to-Cash domain.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and SaaS ERP systems like ( Infor, or NetSuite, or MS Dynamics ) with ability to provide technical solutions.
• Manage and coordinate activities of external IT vendor teams supporting O2C transformation projects and service delivery

Overview - Sr. Business Systems Analyst (Order-to-Cash) (ERP & CRM)

We are a $1B+ and rapidly growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to own the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services supporting Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement applications.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst Order to Cash (O2C), for a contract-to-hire position that will play a central role in business transformation initiatives.

This individual will immediately liaise with external IT solution delivery team and, over time, lead a permanent team of internal and external IT teams. The role combines business analysis, agile process leadership, and stakeholder management within the Quote-to-Cash space.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Management

o Manage and coordinate activities of external IT vendor teams supporting O2C transformation projects and service delivery.

o Provide clear direction, expectations, and solutions to contracted and offshore resources.

Business Analysis & Transformation

o Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map business processes in the Order-to-Cash domain.

o Act as a senior business analyst, owning requirements management and process documentation for all O2C activities.

o Serve as a subject matter expert on standard Order-to-Cash processes, providing guidance and best practices.

Data Management and ETL activities

o Perform hands-on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks to migrate and cleanse business data between legacy systems and cloud platforms.

o Ensure data quality and accuracy during system integrations, migrations, and daily operations.

System testing and Release Management

o Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements, new features, and integrations related to O2C processes.

o Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect tracking.

o Manage release planning activities including deployment scheduling, stakeholder communication, and post-release validation.

Technical Guidance & System Expertise

o Provide technical oversight and solution validation for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and ERP-related initiatives.

o Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure business requirements are implemented as intended.

o Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables and integration specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

At least 10 years of IT experience in Order-to-Cash platforms and processes.

Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, ideally with project experience in both CRM and ERP platforms .

Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and SaaS ERP systems (like Infor, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics) with ability to provide technical solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong documentation and requirements management capabilities.

Able to work confidently with both technical and business audiences.
