Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services, answering calls and emails promptly
Process orders, verify documentation, and complete insurance verification for patient eligibility
Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and maintain quality assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Two years of experience required for senior level positions, including specific job experience
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plan methodologies preferred
Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems
