Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to all customers and assist in navigating the Avetta Cloud Application
Verify technical documents submitted by end users and resolve complex customer issues
Record interaction details in Service Cloud and communicate with internal departments
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English
Call center experience is a plus
Working knowledge of PC and related applications
Ability to learn online software systems
Self-motivated and adaptable to new information or skills
