We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a 100% remote, full-time permanent role, perfect for individuals who value flexibility and autonomy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and must be barred in Colorado, Utah, or Arizona. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will be able to contribute to our team's success from day one.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Attorney, you will be expected to :

• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide legal advice to clients in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
• Collaborate with our team of attorneys to devise and implement effective legal strategies.
• Participate in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting insurance defense.
