AP Analyst (Detroit)

A great UHY client is seeking an AP Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have AP processing experience, work well with a variety of people, and be patient and adaptable as manual processes are improved.

The AP Analyst role is onsite, starting at 7 : 00 AM ET each day. This is a contract position with potential to become permanent.

AP Analyst Essential Functions :

• Process and code invoices for payment
• Monitor email for invoice inquiries and vendor updates
• Match receiving reports with invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Enter invoices into accounting software accurately
• Prepare check runs and manage ACH payments
• File and scan documents for recordkeeping
• Respond to buyer inquiries and vendor phone calls
