The Superintendent will coordinate, plan, and supervise project field activities with foremen, assistant superintendents, contractors and / or craft activities. The position will maintain liaison with other functions to ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule. The Superintendent will manage team members, time management, and develop client relationships.

Experience managing jobsites of various sizes working with other General Commercial ContractorsMust demonstrate emotional intelligence; being aware of the emotions of self and othersStrong leadership, communication, problem solving, initiative, and teamworkMust be able to handle exposure to dirt, heat, water, noise, dust, vibration, and office environmentMust be able to walk, stand, and sitStrong teamwork orientationComputer skills in Microsoft Office and PROCOREHigh School diplomaValid driver’s license is requiredPreferred Qualifications
