Key Responsibilities
Guide junior support engineers through their technical development and mentorship
Create training material, including troubleshooting guides and playbooks
Design and maintain hiring and onboarding resources for new hires
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical support, enablement, or a related field
Skilled at creating structured learning programs and technical documentation
Ability to mentor and coach junior engineers
Understanding of scaling support organizations and defining growth frameworks
Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
