Job Description
This IS&T Manager role will be responsible for the management and operations of the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. They will be accountable for the optimization and support of the Workday system and will manage the resources assigned to ERP system support. They will report directly to the ERP Applications Director. This Manager will be a results driven leader skilled at managing people, applications support and vendor relationships.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or business-related environment with 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where organization, analytical, and time / project / conflict management skills were essential
- Experience with generally known hospital and / or business software systems and management tools
- Experience in data or system governance and integration practices
