Job Title : Christian Service Coordinator

Location

Troy, MI, 48085

Skills : We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Christian Service Coordinator at our location in Troy, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to serving others and a deep understanding of Christian values and principles.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and oversee all Christian service programs and initiatives within the organization
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage volunteers and community members in service opportunities
  • Collaborate with local churches, organizations, and community partners to expand service offerings
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals seeking assistance and resources
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service activities and outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with staff, volunteers, and community members to promote service opportunities and events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. theology, social work, nonprofit management)
  • Strong understanding of Christian values and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience coordinating service programs or initiatives is preferred
