Join Millennium Print Group as a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist. We're looking for a proactive security professional to support world-class production operations in Durham, NC.

Location : Durham, NC

Schedule : Full-time, Hourly Non-Exempt, Onsite

Pay & Benefits : Competitive hourly rate + full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain physical security systems including CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, and employee screening.
• Conduct investigations of theft, fraud, and security incidents while ensuring confidentiality.
• Perform periodic security audits and identify potential vulnerabilities across facilities and processes.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and loss prevention training to staff and contractors.
• Support emergency response and crisis management efforts in coordination with leadership and local authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and preventive measures for management review.
