Quality and Food Safety Supervisor

In this on-site role, you’ll be responsible for leading food safety and quality initiatives that ensure our products meet the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment while supporting our production team during the night shift from 11 : 00 pm–7 : 00 am, Monday – Friday with flexibility dependent on business needs. You’ll be part of a collaborative and quality-focused team, working closely with Corporate Quality and plant leadership. This role offers the opportunity to lead continuous improvement efforts, manage compliance programs, and support innovation—all while developing and training your team. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Compliance Leadership – Ensure microbial program and sanitation compliance, including HACCP, mandatory training, line validations, and third-party audits. Program Management – Oversee allergen and inspection programs, manage the site’s Food Safety Plan, and maintain the QFS Lab Budget. Continuous Improvement – Drive HPO initiatives and ensure adherence to SOPs and KPIs. Support and train the site’s QFS SOP database. Team Development – Lead, train, and support QFS Technicians, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in quality and food safety HACCP, SQF, and PCQI experience Hands-on microbiology laboratory experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering accountability and execution Compensation The annual salary range is $78,300 – $102,795 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
