Reports to : Marketing Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
  • Manage and update the company's social media accounts
  • Coordinate and organize promotional events and trade shows
  • Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and online content

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
