About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated cannabis company dedicated to providing exceptional products and experiences to their customers and developing the best retail operations in the Oregon cannabis market. We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead both teams and report directly to the CEO. This role is highly dynamic, involving both retail and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution—comfortable rolling up their sleeves for data analysis, software tools, and direct communication with stakeholders, while also coaching and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
• Set, monitor, and achieve KPIs; forecast sales based on campaigns and market trends.
• Train, coach, and hold Sales Reps and Brand Ambassadors accountable.
• Analyze sales data, pricing strategies, competitor activity, and market research.
• Provide leadership and support to the sales team and brand ambassador network.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and timelines across teams.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
• Design and execute new marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Drive traffic to online ordering platforms and optimize merchandising to increase AOV.
• Oversee marketing assets, packaging, graphic design, and advertising placements.
