Delivery Manager to lead drivers on their daily routes in Starkville / Columbus, MS. This role focuses on on-time delivery, a culture of professionalism, and supporting customers and team members. Hands-on leader in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Teams

  • Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating delivery staff
  • Support route assistants in obtaining Class D licenses
  • Create productive Driver / Helper pairings and reduce overtime

Optimize Operations

  • Manage daily staffing and delivery equipment readiness
  • Audit vehicles and customer accounts for compliance
  • Collaborate with Sales on market strategy and route planning

    • Drive Results

  • Implement special projects and report outcomes
  • Ensure safety and policy compliance across your market
  • Handle payroll approvals and incident reporting

    • What You Bring

  • Valid Class A Driver's License
  • Strong communication, team-building, and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and time management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
