This is a unique opportunity to become a co-owner / operator of a fast-growing, experiential seafood brand known for its coastal charm, high-quality ingredients, and signature seafood steam pots made for take-home enjoyment.

As a sweat equity owner, you will earn ownership through dedicated work and leadership—investing time, skills, and energy into the success of the location rather than capital. You will play a vital role in daily operations, business development, team management, and customer engagement, while helping shape the culture and future of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including food prep, customer service, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Maintain high-quality standards in product presentation and customer experience.
• Manage staffing needs including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Actively promote the brand in the local community through events, partnerships, and grassroots marketing.
• Collaborate with the Topsail Steamer corporate team on promotions, branding, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
