Facilities Manager

AHL HealthCare Group (AHL) is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Facilities Manager to oversee all of our properties across the state of Minnesota; this role will manage the system of properties and maintenance of all CPP Properties and AHL properties.

AHL proudly specializes in various health care services that serve disabled and aging adults. This role will office out of our downtown Duluth corporate office, but will also oversee properties and personnel in our Metro and Metro West divisions. If you have a strong knowledge of property management, maintenance and computers including Microsoft Office programs, are willing to travel and consider yourself to be organized, please consider applying today!

Responsibilities :

• Maintains property rentals by inspecting and reviewing vacancies
• Delivers RFP's and estimates to executives
• Point person for all permit licensing requirements
• Assists with purchases of household goods and tracks accordingly
• Reviews all invoices related to maintenance of properties
• Supervise maintenance and construction personnel including holding on site and virtual meetings
• Conduct spot checks on projects as needed
• Establish and maintain record of each property
• Oversee vehicle fleet and maintenance of this fleet
• Fill in for maintenance / construction duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned
