Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-I to support our clients medical facility, which is based in Sarasota, FL.

This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location : Sarasota, FL, 34239

Schedule : Monday-Friday 630A-330P with rotational Saturday's 7A-11A

Pay Range : $17.74- $19.74 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Job Requirements :

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection (blood, urine, fecal) using straight and butterfly needles
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following proper protocols.
• Accurately label and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during blood collection procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper use of phlebotomy equipment and work areas.
• Follow all infection control, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.
