We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Insurance Administrative & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role primarily involves servicing clients while also having the ability to ask for the sale when appropriate. Integrity and a great personality are essential for success in this position. The base pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour , dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and prospects.
- Generate insurance quotes to help clients understand their options
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Makes timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform administrative duties including communication, documentation, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ordering supplies.
