About The Opportunity

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will serve as the primary representative for strategic accounts-most notably OnDemand-leading commercial strategy, driving innovation, and delivering best-in-class retail supply chain solutions. Responsibilities include managing national accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the MPC-wide OnDemand Commercial Strategy
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key packaging customers
• Manage national accounts and cultivate long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to align on customer strategies and execution
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the retail supply chain
