Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with open enrollment processes and address their inquiries regarding benefit plans.
- Provide accurate and efficient data entry for both numeric and alphanumeric information.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage communications, track data, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure streamlined administration of client benefit plans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client needs.
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions to gain industry knowledge and enhance your skill set.
- Support the development of strategic communication initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy within internal systems.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to benefit administration and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Continuously adapt to new processes and tools introduced during the training and operational phases.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in data entry, including both numeric and alphanumeric information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
