LCSW / LPC Therapist for Conyngham Primary Health Care Center / FQHC

• Full Time LCSW / LPC (or LMFT) Required
• Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

Purpose of this position :

The LCSW / LPC Therapist position provides services that include diagnostic bio-psycho social assessments, individual, group and family therapy, substance abuse screenings, trauma exposure screenings, domestic violence screenings, psychiatric evaluations, psychological evaluations, medication assessments and medication monitoring that fall under the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center. The Therapist will serve children, adolescents, families and adults who might have difficulty functioning in their community, home, or school.
