We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender / servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze residential mortgage loan applications including credit reports, income documentation, asset statements, property appraisals, and other supporting documents
• Work closely with loan processors, originators, and closers to obtain missing information or clarify documentation
• Maintain current knowledge of loan program guidelines, compliance requirements, and market trends
• Utilize automated underwriting systems (e.g., DU, LP) and perform manual underwriting when necessary.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and turn-time standards as defined by management.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing documentation and responses as requested
