The Opportunity

We’re looking for Machine Operators (experienced and trainees) who are eager to learn a skilled trade. This is an on-the-job training role where you’ll develop the hands-on skills needed to run high-end finishing equipment. Prior experience isn’t required - what matters most is your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and desire to grow .

🕒 3rd Shift :   Sunday - Thursday, 11 PM - 7 AM -  $3.00 per hour differential!

What You'll Learn & Do

• Set up and operate finishing equipment under trainer guidance
• Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
• Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
• Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules
