JMT is actively seeking a skilled Real Property Specialist / Right Of Way Agent (ROW) to join our team to assist with ROW projects in Maryland as well as surrounding areas when needed. This is an in-office opportunity.

Working Conditions

This is an in-office opportunity only. Some work is performed within a general office environment, and field work is also required. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.

Significant field work (50% or more) is required where work may be conducted outside in heat / cold, wet / humid, and dry / arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be required as needed.
