Project Manager (Construction / Service Projects)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC and plumbing to effectively oversee project execution from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring clear communication of project progress to upper management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution for HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking costs and ensuring budgets are met.
• Regularly communicate project status, financial updates, and any issues to upper management.
• Coordinate resources and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve timely completion of projects within budget.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Evaluate and report on project performance, making recommendations for improvement.
