Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team. This role provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in pre- and post-surgical settings, with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. The successful candidate will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment : Develop and evaluate individualized patient care plans in coordination with healthcare providers
• Direct Nursing Care : Deliver hands-on nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients, including monitoring and evaluating medical status
• Medication Administration : Accurately prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
• Procedural Care : Perform routine nursing procedures, such as catheter insertion, dressing changes, and IV initiation
• Equipment Management : Operate and adjust specialized medical equipment; record and interpret relevant data
• Monitoring and Reporting : Track patients' vital signs and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition
• Discharge Planning : Assist in developing discharge instructions and follow-up care plans with the care team
• Patient Education : Provide education and address questions from patients and families about surgeries and recovery
• Documentation : Maintain complete and accurate medical records and ensure compliance with documentation standards
• Standards Adherence : Uphold best practices, safety guidelines, and nursing protocols consistently
