OnTrac is hiring a Hub Operations Manager! As an Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

Location Details : 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115

Pay : $63,000 - $112,000 annually, depending on experience.

Shift : Tuesday - Thursday day, Saturday from 3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM and Friday from 6 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM. Hours are subject to fluctuate or change, depending on business needs.
